We handle your personal data with care. This policy explains which data we process and why.
What data do we process?
When you complete the enquiry form, we process the data you provide: name, organisation, email address, phone number and information about your event. To prevent abuse, we also store an encrypted (non-traceable) code of your IP address.
What do we use it for?
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to handle any booking. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, unless this is necessary to handle your enquiry or required by law.
How long do we keep data?
We keep enquiries no longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and delete them no later than two years after the last contact, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only functional data needed for the website to work properly is used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Please contact us via the contact page. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
